Psychotherapy
Why Choose Psychoterapy?I primarily work with the Gestalt Therapy approach, a powerful and holistic method that focuses on self-awareness, personal responsibility, and living in the present moment. Trained and certified in this approach, I guide clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. When clients come to see me for the first time, it’s often because they’re facing a painful event or emotional distress.Rather than focusing solely on the root causes of struggles, I work with my clients to uncover resources that can help them move forward. My goal is to increase self-awareness and improve how we relate to ourselves and the world around us. Together, we identify patterns, vulnerabilities, and strengths, breaking free from what feels stuck. I encourage clients to take ownership of their journey, empowering them to shape a fulfilling and authentic life.Who Do I Work With?I support individuals seeking self-reflection and personal growth. Common challenges I address include:
• Anxiety, self-doubt, and shame
• Burnout and energy depletion
• Self-esteem and confidence issues
• Relationship challenges and painful breakups
• Career obstacles, job changes, and dismissals
• Emotional struggles and repetitive patterns
• Existential questions and life transitionsI work with adults and young adults ready to engage in meaningful change. I practice fluently in French, English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

"No one will ever pay you what you think you’re worth. They will pay you what THEY think you’re worth. And here’s the truth: you control their perception. If I asked, “What’s your unique value to an organization or client?” could you confidently answer?Probably not. Here’s how to fix that 👇Reflect on these 4 questions:1️⃣ What problems do you solve?
2️⃣ Why are you uniquely qualified to solve them?
3️⃣ What sets you apart from others?
4️⃣ What part of solving these problems lights you up?When you’re clear on these answers, it’s easier to position yourself as the solution.By the way, no one wakes up thinking, “I need an Org Psychologist and Career Coach.”They wake up thinking:
💡 “I need to escape this toxic job.”
💡 “How do I return to work after maternity leave?”
💡 “Who can help me lead through this mess?”?Over the past few years, I’ve helped hundreds of professionals navigate career changes, move into leadership, and solve team problems—not because I talk about my title, but because I deliver outcomes. What outcomes do you deliver?
Figure it out, own it, and make people notice.P.S. If you need help clarifying and communicating your value proposition—reach out!"
"Client: “But what if I don’t pass my probation period?”Let me tell you a story.Over a decade ago, I had a manager who didn’t pass THEIR probation period—with me.Here’s what happened: after about a month I started, I called this person into a meeting and asked if my probation period was over. They said “Yes!” with so much excitement. But I wasn’t sure. This wasn’t the manager who had hired me. They suddenly became my boss out of nowhere. Their behavior, leadership, and communication? Let’s just say they weren’t the kind of leader I could trust or learn from. So, I asked them to extend their probation period. Why? Because I believe probation periods work both ways.
They’re not just for the company to evaluate you—they’re for you to evaluate the company, your team, and your manager too.Long story short, this person was let go after multiple complaints (not just from me).Why am I sharing this? Because many people forget that probation periods are for both sides. It’s your time to see if the culture, the role, and the people you work with are right for you. And if they’re not, it’s okay to walk away. But here’s the thing: this works ONLY when you’re really good at your job.In today’s job market, it can feel risky to leave a role during probation. But if you’re confident in your skills, deliver great results, and constantly upgrading yourself, you’ll always have opportunities".
"CEO of a scale-up:
“We’ve been through restructuring, downsizing, letting people go. It’s been tough.
Now it’s a new chapter, and I need my team to perform. Can you do a training to make it happen?”Me:
1. I don’t do trainings.
2. Trainings won’t work after tough times. Here’s why:Your team is carrying tension. Some lost friends, long-time colleagues, habits, and maybe hope. People might feel disconnected, disengaged, or even stuck.
If you skip repair and jump straight to performance, nothing will stick.First, you need to drain the tension. How? By creating a safe space to:• Acknowledge emotions.• Address the impact of the changes.• Help the team release what’s holding them back (resentment, frustration, resistance, fear).• Find a new energising “why” and a common goal for the team. This isn’t a group therapy, but it feels close. In my experience, these sessions work best when facilitated by an external psychologist or consultant —not the same HR person who had to make the hard calls, deliver the bad news, or announce the restructuring.A neutral facilitator creates trust and safety, which is critical for teams to open up.Repair first, then perform. If your team or department went through hard times, and you need to repair and rebuild performance—let’s talk.P.S. This story, like the other ones I tell is shared with the client’s permission. We ran a series of such sessions for his leadership team, drained the tension, repaired, and now their team is in full speed ahead in 2025".
